1. Company Identification

The Convitin platform is owned and operated by CONVITIN INTERMEDIAÇÃO E SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS LTDA – ME, a Brazilian private company registered under CNPJ 62.296.224/0001-40 (referred to as “Convitin”, “Platform”, or “Company”).

For any inquiries, support requests, data privacy questions, or other communications, users must contact us through the official email or WhatsApp channel provided on the Platform.


2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, using, or interacting with the Platform in any manner, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If the user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Platform. Continued access constitutes implicit acceptance.


3. Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

  • User: Any person who accesses or interacts with the Platform.

  • Organizer: A user who creates an event and customizes digital invitations.

  • Guest: A user who views a digital invitation or submits an RSVP.

  • Platform: The digital environment offered by Convitin for creating, managing, and distributing digital invitations and RSVP tools.


4. Services Provided

Convitin provides the following services:

Creation, customization, and distribution of digital invitations for various events.

4.2 RSVP Management

A tool for tracking attendance confirmations and communicating with guests.


5. Financial Terms

Transactions made on the Platform may be subject to administrative fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or other operational costs depending on the payment method used.

Convitin may retain a service fee to maintain the Platform and its functionalities.

All payments for digital invitations are considered non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used, except where explicitly allowed under the Refund Policy.

Transactions may be temporarily held for up to 10 business days for fraud analysis or payment dispute investigation.

Amounts flagged as disputed, canceled, or under review cannot be released until the matter is resolved.


6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities while using the Platform.

Convitin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.


7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Data Collection

Convitin may collect:

  • Organizer account data (name, email, phone number, etc.).

  • Guest information submitted by the organizer (name, email, RSVP status).

  • Payment and transaction data necessary for processing purchases.

7.2 Data Usage

Data may be used for:

  • Notifications related to events and RSVPs.

  • Processing payments and transactions.

  • Platform communication, support, and service updates.

  • Marketing communications (with opt-out available as required by U.S. law).

7.3 Data Sharing

Data may be shared with:

  • Third-party service providers essential to platform operation (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services).

  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required.

7.4 Data Storage and Security

Convitin uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, in alignment with U.S. privacy standards such as:

  • CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act)

  • General U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) privacy guidance

Data may be stored on third-party servers, including servers located outside the United States.

7.5 User Rights (U.S. Compliance)

Users may:

  • Request access to their stored personal data.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal or operational limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform—including trademarks, logos, layouts, text, images, and code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Convitin. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

Convitin is not responsible for:

  • Internet connection failures or external technical issues.

  • Content uploaded or customized by organizers and guests.

  • Variations in fees charged by external payment processors or financial institutions.

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Convitin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.


10. Changes to the Terms

Convitin may modify or update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts located in Delaware, United States, or through arbitration if mutually agreed.


Refund Policy – Convitin

Convitin provides an annual license for the creation and use of digital invitations. To ensure transparency and compliance with international consumer protection standards, we apply the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Users may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate purchase — accidental identical purchases made by the same user.

  2. Technical issues — verified technical problems preventing access or use of the digital invitation, and the support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  3. Billing errors — incorrect charges or payment processing failures.

  4. Cooling-off period — as required by Paddle’s minimum 14-day refund window.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted when:

  • The digital invitation has already been accessed, customized, or shared with guests.

  • The refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • There is misuse, fraud, or abusive chargeback activity.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the user must provide:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for the request
